    This international certification is is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership. Available for virtually all building types, LEED provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings.

    The certificate has four levels: “certified”, “silver”, “gold” and “platinium”.



    The certificate covers various areas related to the environment: integrated design process, energy and environment, effective water management, materials and natural resources, the quality of the indoor environment, location and transportation, sustainable terrain, innovation and Regional Priorities.

    The Team Leader Operations & Customer Care is in charge of the general operations for all the buildings from the portfolio, keeps a good relationship with all the tenants, coordinates the Building Managers’ and Asset Managers’ activities, implements budgets and procedures.
